I don’t know that you have ever experienced the Conway health system, but it is a trip. If I can make any suggestion, do not dress up and go. When I walked in, I realized that every lower class person waiting in the large classroom had the same simultaneous thought, “what hooker did this guy sleep with, and why does he keep scratching his crotch.” 

           I had to get a TB skin test for the Conway school system. I had never been to any kind of free public clinic before but it is a scary place. For those of you who think socialized medicine would be amazing spend a day at a “free” clinic. You will take your communist fairy tale book and toss it into your burning pile of capitalist propaganda.

           I don’t know that I have seen so many junior high girls with there gangster boyfriend sitting and waiting for what I can only assume is a pregnancy test or birth control. Really the only other people that I saw in there were small children and one other guy getting the same test as me This is not to say the doctors are not phenomenal. The nurse that I dealt with was amazing and painless. I tip my hat to you ladies.
